Thought about 5.2m but gambled 4.7m/76 which was perfect most of the time to ride smooth rollers. Wind was swinging a bit so sometimes sailing well into river and parallel to shore. Loads of rollers to ride down and tried a few jumps. Lovely
Mark D fell in close to shore when outhaul broke and wisely packed up as felt cold. I felt fine. Swainey and Mike A also out.
Rigged waist harness as normal but was breathless for first 30 mins, then let out a couple of inches to accommodate the Christmas bulge and much better. Didn't go out too far after Andy's adventure. Fantastic time, sea at Dip is getting better.
